<p>PURPOSE:To remove the bubble covering the dirty water face and to prevent lowering of atmospheric exposure efficiency, by arranging defoaming agent accomodating vessel overflowing the defoamng agent in the dirty water at the time of entering the dirty water, in the atmospheric exposure room situated just the upper part of the dirty water level carrying out exposure treatment. CONSTITUTION:The defoaming agent accomodating vessel 2 is arranged at just the upper part of dirty water level WL in the atmospheric exposure room. When the muddy foam A(mud) produced by the exposure treatment and covered the dirty water surface, is directly entered in the vessel 2 or the spray B scattered at breaking time of dirty foam, is jumped in the vessel 2, the defoaming agent C filled up in the vessel 2, is overflowed and is dropped on the dirty water as the water drop D and then, the dirty foam is let to disappear. Silicone group defoaming agent is used for defoaming agent and the above agent is filled up in the vessel 2 fully and then, is made to drop in the dirty water by entering the dirty foam.</p> |
