PURPOSE:To enable switching of power supply with less number of components, by using two thyristors for the elements constituting the rectifying circuit bridge in the power supply circuit. CONSTITUTION:The rectifier bridge consists of two diodes and two thyristors. Since the power supply circuit is turned on or off by only giving a control signal to the gate terminal 13 of the thyristors 11 and 12, the use of expensive relay can be avoided as making unnecessary the switching by a relay provided with the AC side. |
