PURPOSE:To avoid the error in the timer time, by constituting the time limit relay with the pressing conductive rubber in which the resistance value is changed when the resistor is depressed, in constituting the time limit relay consisting of capacitors, resistors and a switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:Two copper foils 1c are placed on the printed circuit board 1b with spacing, and the conductive rubber layer 1a is placed on it via a clearance. With this constitution, the rubber layer 1a is formed in the plate shape mixing metal powder to silicone rubber so that the resistance value can be changed when suitable pressure is exerted on the rubber layer 1a through the adjustment of the amount of metal powder. Thus, the change is the resistance value is picked up from the two copper foils 1c. Next, the conductive plate 1d is fixed on the rubber layer 1a, the resistor 1 thus constituted is contained in the vessel having the capacitor 2 and the switching circuit 3 with connections. Further, the pressing element 6 having a slope 6a at the lower part is provided on the upper surface of the resistor 1, and the stopper 1 is depressed by operating the knob 4 to obtain desired resistance value. |
