摘要 PURPOSE:To establish the resonance circuit, high in the Q of resonant circuit, less in frequency dispersion, and less in the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency, by providing the temperature compensation dielectric substance to the cavity resonator constituted with the cavity and the resonance circuit. CONSTITUTION:In the metal case 2 having the cavity partly, metallizing is made in the order of chromium, titanium, copper and gold, and the dielectric substance substrate 10 forming the outgoing line 8, resonant circuit 7, coupling line 5 between the gun diode 1 and the cavity 13, coupling slit 14 and the filter circuit 4 to feed bias voltage to the gun diode 1 by means of etching is fitted in the metal case 2.
