PURPOSE:To keep the level of mixing material constant without using power and also, to make the cleaning of main material supply opening useless, by equipping the supply part of the main material and coloring material separately and providing the opening inclining downward attached the damper at the lower end of the main material supply part along moving direction of mixed material. CONSTITUTION:Main material, such as PVC resin, is thrown in the hopper 18 and is dropped in the mixing apparatus main body 4 by empty load or material pressure and also, a small quantity of coloring agent, such as pigment, is supplied from the supply part 6. Back face of the damper 8 is pressed by the moving force of mixing material by the rotation of the mixing blade 1, when the level l of the mixing materials of the main material and coloring agent, is reached the opening 7 of the lower end of the hopper 18 and the damper 8 is shut and then, supply of the main material is stopped. The damper is opened and the main material is dropped down when the mixing materials are discharged from the discharge opening 3 to the extrusion molding machine 10 and the level l is lowered. Thus, level l of the mixing material in the body 4, is kept constant and a fixed quantity of the mixing materials are supplied to the machine 10. |
