PURPOSE:To provide an economical durable apparatus without the need of periodical replacement of parts. CONSTITUTION:Movable casings 11 whose front and back are opened are so supported that the inclination angle is variable by a horizontal shaft extending forwardly and backwardly, and two fluid passages 22, 23 are provided in the movable casing 11. A plurality of heat pipes 25 extending transversely are disposed so as to stride both passages 22, 23. Around the movable casing 11 a fixed casing 12 is provided so as to surround the casing 11, and vertical partition walls 31, 32 extending forwardly and backwardly of the movable casing 11 are provided in the movable casing 11. An outwardly protruded annular movable space shielding plate 33 is provided on the external surface of the movable casing 11, and an inwardly protruded annular fixed space shielding plate 34 is provided on the internal surface of the fixed casing 12 so as to overlap the shielding plate 33. Further, a front fluid port 61 is provided in two spaces formed with the front partition wall 31 in the fixed casing 12 and a rear fluid port 62 is provided in two spaces formed with the rear partition wall 32 in the fixed casing 12. |
