PURPOSE:To obtain the title compsn. excellent in impact strength at low temp., etc., by using a specific crystalline PP, a specific ethylene-butene-1 copolymer rubber and a specific ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber to provide the compsn. with predetermined properties. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. is constituted of a predetermined amt. of (A) one crystalline PP selected from (i) a crystalline propylene-ethylene block copolymer comprising a first segment(s) of propylene homopolymer having specific properties such as a specific intrinsic viscosity and a second segment(s) of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer having specific properties such as a specific intrinsic viscosity and (ii) a mixture of component (i) with a crystalline propylene homopolymer having specific properties such as a specific intrinsic viscosity, a predetermined amt. of (B) an ethylene- butene-1 copolymer rubber having specific properties such as a specific intrinsic viscosity, and a predetermined amt. of (C) an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber having specific properties such as a specific intrinsic viscosity. When the second segment (s) of component (i) in (A) is referred to as component (A), the amts. of components (A'), (B) and (C) comply with a predetermined ratio. The title compsn. has a specific melt flow rate and a specific modulus of elasticity. |
