PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a speed change shock, when swing action of an accelerator pedal is performed, by holding an engaging oil pressure at a high value regardless of return operation of the accelerator pedal in the case where the pedal is depressed before the lapse of preset time after the time of operation of a shift lever to a running range from a neutral range. CONSTITUTION:When swing action of an accelerator pedal 142 is conducted during a speed change period relating to operation to an R range from an N range of a shift lever 60, a line pressure P1 is held at a value higher than the normal pressure P1 by a predetermined value. In this way, oil pressure in a shock absorbing period in an accumulator 72 is maintained at a high value. Accordingly, even when an engine speed and engine output torque are once increased by the swing operation of the accelerator pedal 142, the engaging oil pressure in the shock absorbing period in the accumulator 72 is held at a high value to prevent a speed change shock by completing engagement of a clutch C2 within the shock absorbing period in the accumulator 72. |
