PURPOSE:To provide a resin composition excellent in thermal resistance, toughness and oil resistance and useful for automotive parts, etc., by compounding nylon 46, a specific olefinic copolymer and a fibrous reinforcing material in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of nylon 46 resin, (B) 3-40 pts.wt. of an olefinic copolymer containing a carboxylic acid or its derivative in the molecular chain (e.g. ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer) and (C) 3-100 pts.wt. of a fibrous reinforcing material such as glass fibers. 0.01-3 pts.wt. of hydrotalcite is preferably compounded with the composition. |
