Safety belt stirrup protecting link - has section with hole joined by elastic strip to that around bracket

The protecting link is for the guide stirrup of a safety belt fixed to a vehicle body having a section of the shape of the stirrup bracket beaded over the stirrup to secure to the bracket. It has an additional section (5) joined to that (2) fitting round the backet by an elastic strip (6). This additional section has a hole (7) for fixing the bracket and link (1) to the body. The link can be longer than the stirrup bracket, and the strip can be thinner than either of the other sections of the link.
