<p>PURPOSE:To obtain solenoid operated clutch with small flux leakage, excellency in mechanical stability and high productivity. CONSTITUTION:This solenoid operated clutch 200, used for ex. in a comoressor body 200A for car cooler, has such a construction that a boss 211 is fixed on the compressor's shaft 210 with bolts 213 and a disc 220 composed of concentric discs 221, 222 of magnetic substance and a coupling member 223 of nonmagetic substance is fixed on this boss 211 with a spring 212 interposed. This clutch 200 is equipped with a rotor 230 composed of discs 231, 232, 235 of magnetic substance and coupling members 233, 234 of nonmagnetic substance. This rotor is mounted on the compressor body 200A with a bearing 202 interposed. The outermost disc 231 is formed in the shape of puley and an electromanetic coil 203 is mounted between these two plates 231, 235.</p> |
