摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To avoid the conventional unsuitable throttling at the location of a spring shoe so as to be most adaptive to an internal combustion engine by providing a spring shoe having a through conduit connecting a chamber at the side of a valve closing element and a chamber at the opposite side of the valve closing element. CONSTITUTION: A pressure valve 1 is secured in a supply line 3 between a pump work chamber 5 of a fuel injection pump and an injection location 7 of an internal combustion engine. A valve closing element 43 is disposed between a valve seat surrounding a stage of a through conduit 25 of a pressure valve closing element 19 and a spring shoe 39 loaded with a compression spring 37. The spring shoe 39 comprises a chamber at the side of the valve closing element 43 and a through conduit 53 connected to a chamber at the opposite side of the valve closing element 43. Thus it is possible to avoid unsuitable throttling at the location of the spring shoe 39 and maintain the dead volume at the side of the pump work chamber 5 to be as small as possible.</p>
