<p>Buckle for fixing strap or ribbon on a package (19) or parcel is designed to reduce the thickness of such buckles, and thus, improve conditions for parcel stacking; and constitutes a rectangular frame (1, 2) or ring united with a bar (4) via a flexible lathe (5): the frame, lathe and bar lying on a horizontal plane when not in use, and the bar (4) fitting flush inside the frame (1, 2) after lathe (5) folding to anchor the strap (18). Pref. bar and frame present complementary opposed inclined faces (7, 8, 10, 11 etc); two bars (41, 4) are used providing for the anchoring of each strap end; and the arrangement permits independent successive anchoring of opposed strap ends.</p> |
