Compounds of formula: (FORMULA) wherein R1 is an optionally substituted alkoxy, alkanyloxy, phenoxy, alkylthio, phenylthio or amino group and R2 is a chloro and/or trifluoromethyl-substituted phenyl or phenoxyphenyl group. A typical example is the compound of formula I where R1 is ethoxy and R2 is 3, 4-dichlorophenyl. They may be prepared by reacting a compound of formula (FORMULA) with an isocyanate of formula R2NCO. The compounds of formula I, and compositions containing them are useful as insecticides.
