<p>Themachine is fitted with two drawing trolleys which are drawn along alternately on rails by a chain driven by two sprockets. At the beginning of the drawing operation one of the trolleys is lifted into operating position by a table fitted on the piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder. When the trolley has reached its position where no link of chain is in mesh any more, the gripping device opens and the trolley rolls down an inclined rail section towards the table which in the meantime has lifted the other trolley into an operating position and has returned to its basic position to receive the incoming first trolley.</p> |
