PURPOSE:To easily acquire the sum-up report of useful information quantity corresponding to the service by automatically outputting a report concerning the sum-up data of items required at all times and selectively outputting a report concerning the sum-up data of the other items. CONSTITUTION:When sales data are registered from a keyboard 16 while selecting a registration mode with a mode switch 22, those data are classified by section codes and summed up by a summing-up device 31 by sections. Similarly, the data of return registration or article return registration are summed up by section codes by the summing-up device 31 by sections as well. When the output of reports by sections is selected while selecting a check mode with the mode switch 22, the data by sections set to a basic item are extracted from the summing-up device 31 by section and printed out by a printer 20. When a flag F1 of a flag area 33 is set, the data of abandonned amounts and abandonned points are extracted and when a flag F2 is set, the data of stocktaking amounts and stocktaking points by sections are extracted and printed out by the printer 20. |
