<p>PURPOSE:To harden casting-molds in a short time without occurrence of pollution or the like by agitating the casting sand and flux being supplied from each supply unit together with a binder with a blow head device in a hermetic state, filling the mixture in a molding device allowing the volatile gas in the kneaded sand to evaporate by a flux vapor recovery decice. CONSTITUTION:Casting sand, binder and volatile flux dissolving said binder are supplied from a sand hopper 38, binder pump 46 and flux pump 43 into a blow head 27 which is closed in a hermetic state by a plug memeber 23, where they are kneaded. This prevents the evaporation of the flux during kneading, eliminates the leakage of the casting sand and causes the sand to be filled in molds 4a, 4b. Further a device which recovers the volatile gas of the flux evaporating from the kneaded sand supplied into the molds 4a, 4b is provided. In this way , the casting molds harden in a short time. In addition, the pollution owing to the release of the flux to the atmosphere is prevented and the robust casting molds are automatically manufactured.</p> |
