<p>PURPOSE:To easily form a microcapsule toner and to improve the function such as chargeability by forming the shell of the microcapsule toner with plural layers. CONSTITUTION:A microcapsule toner 1 contg. a picture forming material such as dye consists of a shell and a liq. component contained in the shell, and the shell is formed, for example, with an outer shell 2 for improving the chargeability of the outside and an inner shell 3. The shells 2 and 3 are produced by the well-known process, and an electron-donative material is used as the material for the outer shell 2 when the capsule is positively charged. The liq. component contains a photosensitive resin and a picture forming material 6 such as dyestuff. Namely, since the shell of the toner 1 is formed with plural layers, many materials can be used, and the function is easily applied. Accordingly, the toner 1 can be uniformly applied in large quantities, and the picture is not faded.</p> |
