<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the brake command system with easy access for maintenance, by using a simple pneumatic switch and relays. CONSTITUTION:When a command of service brake is issued, the pneumatic switch 13 is activated and the relays 11, 12 are excited. The relays' contacts are turned on, then an application solenoid valve 9 and a release solenoid valve 10 are excited through an application power command wire 7 and a release power command wire 8. The excitation of both valves 9, 10 raises the pneumatic pressure in a direct air tube 6 to feed in the pneumatic switch 13. If the switch 13 is adjusted to turn on at 3kg/cm<2> and off at 2.7kg/cm<2>, the command wire 7 is turned off when the pneumatic pressure of the air tube 6 becomes above 3kg/cm<2> and the tube 6 is lapped.</p> |
