PURPOSE:To provide long-life, cheap bearings for axial fan motors of office- automation machines, which are free from oil leak from oil sliding bearings. CONSTITUTION:A hollow disklike oil seal washer 16 made of a viscoelastic substance having adhesive agent layers on both sides is put between the end surface 17 of a stator boss and an approximately-disklike resin cap 18, and the peripheral surface 20 of the resin cap is press-fitted and fixed to the inner peripheral surface 21 of the stator boss supporting part 7. Consequently, it becomes possible to prevent the oil in an oil bearing from leaking by both joining surfaces of an adhesive agent layer to the stator boss end surface and the resin cap completely. Accordingly, it becomes possible to realize a long-life and cheap bearing for motors as the deviation of oil consuming factors of two oil sliding bearing become zero.
