摘要

PURPOSE:To speed up processing time by conversion-processing access right information based on access right conversion information registered in an access right conversion information storage part for bulletine board information transferred between bulletine board management computers. CONSTITUTION:Bulletine board information which is newly registered is stored in a bulletine board report information storage part 4 by a bulletine board information management part on the bulletine board management computer 1 belonging to a bulletine board operation area A. Access right information in the operation area A as against the bulletine board information is registered in an access right information storage part 5. A bulletine board information transfer part transfers bulletine board information which is newly registered to a bulletine board information transfer part 9 on the bulletine board management computer 8 belonging to a bulletine board oepration area B. At that time, an access right information conversion part 6 executes the conversion processing of access right information based on access right conversion information between the bulletine board operation areas as against bulletine board information transferred between the bulletine board management computers.
