PURPOSE:To quantitatively judge tooth bearing condition from the streak patterns of the coating agents having appeared owing to bearing of tooth surfaces by superposedly coating the coating agents of different colors on at least the adjoining surfaces of the tooth surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Coating agents 111, 112, 113, ...11n of different colors are superposedly coated until the thickness corresponding to the object is obtained on at least adjoining surfaces of tooth surfaces 10. Then, from streak patterns by the coating agents 111 thru 11n having appeared owing to intermeshing of the tooth surfaces by tooth bearing inspection, i.e., the contour lines of the respective colors, the tooth bearing condition is visually inspected. Here, the superposition coating is accomplished by subsequently superpose multiple kinds of coatings or alternately superposedly coating two colors of coating agents. In this way, the tooth bearing condition of the tooth surfaces may be made to numerical values through visual observation from the streak patterns appearing owing to intermeshing of the gear pair, i.e., contour lines of respective colors. In addition the intensities of the tooth bearing may be judged. |
