<p>COMPOSITE BUILDING MODULE A monolithic-like, composite building module such as a wall panel having a core of rigid foam encased in a shell made of fiber reinforced cement. The composite module can be made by forming a supported open shell made of a hardened mixture of cement and fibers, introducing a rigid foamable polymer into the open shell, closing the open shell with a cover member made of a hardened mixture of cement and glass fibers and thereafter holding the cover member in place while polymer foam fills the interior of the enclosed shell.</p> |
