PURPOSE:To enable inspection mecharlically in a short time with higher reliability by blowing a gas with the temperature thereof different from the room temperature into a product while a temperature sensor is provided. CONSTITUTION:When a chuck device 1:1 having a glove mounted thereon passes at a position 13-3, it moves between a pair of temperature sensors 14 and 15. The sensors 14 and 15 have numerous piano wires spreading in a lattice on a frame which covers the palm of the glove roughly to take and temperature measuring contacts of thermocouples are arranged at intersections thereof. When a high temperature air jet current hits the temperature measuring contacts, the electromotive force of the thermocouples becomes uneven, which allows the judgment of the presence of a pinhole from changes in the temperature distribution thereof. When the glove reaches a position 13-5, a detection of the pinhole between fingers is performed with a temperature sensor 16. When the chuck device 13 holding the glove reaches a position 13-8, a rejected product is dumped into a rejection recovery box 22. An acceptable product in which the generation of the air jet current is not detected is taken off by a worker at a position 13-9. This method is highly accurate and enables accurate detection of a defective product once passed acceptable erroneously in a JIS inspection. |
