PURPOSE:To check a clearance between data in a nesting state even when the data of one layer are constituted of multiple nests in the case of drawing a masking pattern for a printed wiring board. CONSTITUTION:This device 15 provided with a vector/raster conversion part 3 for converting the vector type drawing data of multiple-nest data from a data medium 1 to raster type drawing data through an information processor 2, a negative data inversion part 4 for inverting data attributes and supplying them to a bit image development part 5 when the data supplied from the vector/ raster conversion part 3 are a negative type, the bit image development part 5 for converting the data supplied from the negative data inversion part 4 to binary data and developing them in an image memory 6, a high-speed tracing part 7 for raster-scanning the image memory 6, segmenting images and transferring them to a judgement part 8 and the judgement part 8 for judging the clearance based on the data and registering the defect to a storage part 9. |
