PURPOSE:To facilitate the evaluation of a separation result by an electrophoretic tank by time-integrating the migration sample detection result obtained timewise from the detector of a carrier-free electrophoretic device, and detecting the migration sample separating quantity. CONSTITUTION:The signal of a light receiving device 6 (detector) is time- integrated by an integrating arithmetic device 8, and transmitted to a display device 7. Namely, the output signal I (TL-1) of the light receiving device 6 in a certain time TL-1 is multiplied by a minute time DELTAt=TK-TK-1. The value obtained by multiplying the resulting value by a conversion coefficient K is successively added to calculate the migration sample separating quantity, which is then transmitted to the display device 7a. The display device 7a displays the migration sample separating quantity. The migration sample separating quantity can be thus easily obtained, and the electrophoretic separation result can be easily evaluated. Further, it can be easily judged which position in the width direction of a migration tank the sample is to be collected in. |
