CONSTITUTION:The central part (a) of the tread 2, a wire inserted part (b) or a side part (c) of the old tire 1 is cut off in its circumferential direction while the tire 1 is secured on a turntable 11 and a knife 15 attached to the tip of the shaft 14 of an air cylinder 13 is thrusted to the cut-off part.</p> |
