Multiple test strip device - with common filling cylinder for test strips held in group of vertical chambers

A device in which many test strips can be used simultaneously for the detection of microorganisms in biological research or of volatile substances in fluids consists of a group of vertical elongated chambers in which the test strips are held in waisted sections. Each chamber is joined on top and bottom by a tube to a manifold line. The fluid to be checked is filled in through a cylinder in the centre of the group, with an open top and joined at the bottom to the lower manifold tube. This simplifies the manipulation by one common filling operation for all reactions and saves much time. The system is enclosed so that no contamination is possible. A once-only use of the low-cost plastic device makes the operation very hygienic.
