The aerial coaxial socket has a middle contact and a coaxial socket tube with sprung tongues. The tube is formed by a rigid section (2) and a sleeve (3) of elastically resilient material, inserted into the tube middle bore (8). The sleeve has partly cut contact tongues (4), being preferably formed by a bent sheet metal member. The sheet metal has preferably a high conductivity, in which all contact tongues extend in the plug direction as precut longitudinal strips whose ends (4') are firmly connected to the sleeve. The sections (4") between the strip ends are curved in the direction of the sleeve middle axis. Alternatively, the free ends may be extended towards this axis. The sleeve may have at the plug end an obliquely outwards bent peripheral strip (5).
