<p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method for a tile carpet of high quality, warping downward, of good flooring properties and good pile retaining properties. CONSTITUTION:A lining material 2 of given coating temperature is applied in a specific thickness on a back base cloth 1 fed continuously on a cooling plate 12, over which a carpet base material 4 is stuck while being pressurized by press rolls 8a and 8b in the pile up manufacturing method, and a non-woven cloth having the melting point lower than the coating temperature of the lining material 2 is used for the back cloth 1 and the carpet base material 4 is stuck to the lining material 2, and then a section melted by the heat of the lining materials 2 of the back base cloth 1 is heat shrunk strongly by the carpet base material 4 to warp a tile carpet 4 downward. Also the viscosity of the lining material 2 is set to be 50,000-100,000cPS and the bonding properties and permeability to the carpet base material 4 of proper values are secured to eliminate the necessity of precoating to the carpet base material 4.</p> |
