ELECTRIC MOTOR CONTROL CIRCUIT

The control circuit uses a control signal to close the motor's supply circuit and a positional feedback switch to indicate the position of the wipers. The control signal is released via a timing circuit after a given delay has elapsed. The timing circuit may also be set by a switching signal before its delay time has elapsed. This switching signal is released when the motor is in a given position. The switch that applies the control signal has a self-hold circuit which is operated by the timing circuit. The latter comprises a simple RC circuit within the self-hold circuit.
