The device is composed of a first linear motor (2) actuating a support (3) in the vertical direction, a second rotary motor (4) mounted on the support and whose axis is horizontal, and a third, rotary motor (6) mounted on the shaft (5) of the second motor and whose shaft (7) is vertical. A support (8) for the watch (9) is mounted on the shaft (7) of the third motor. The three motors are controlled by signals obtained from recordings of the linear acceleration undergone by the watch during actual wearing of the latter and the combination of the movements of the support of the watch caused by the action of the three motors (2, 4, 6) makes it possible to reproduce the polar coordinates (¦@¦, PSI , psi ) of the linear acceleration (@) to which the watch is to be subjected. <IMAGE>
