In the case of the holding device, two covers (2, 3) connected to each other by a spine (4) are provided. The cards (11) are fastened to the spine such that they can be individually removed, by means of rods (10) fitting closely in their folds. On the outside the spine (4) has a spine plate (5) and on the inside it has a flexible spine part (6) which is provided with protruding guides (9). Said guides (9) project into slots (13) in the folds (12) of the cards (11), the rods (10) being placed into the guides (9). The cards are well held and guided, and the presentation is very advantageous. <IMAGE>
