Die plate, useful for decoration of tray and lacquer ware etc., was manufd. Thus, photo hardenable resin was coated on the metal plate, and the negative part formed on a desired pattern and the negative film formed with a UV. penetrating part were dual-disposited on it. photo hardenable resin was hardened by irradiation of UV. on the above negative film, and then unhardened resin and negative film were removed. There after, the metal sheet was perforated by spraying corrosive liq. on the exposed surface to give die plate. |
