摘要 It involves decreasing the connected power of the oven. The electric oven, for example with four cooking stages (1) to (4), comprises four identical appliances (1') to (4') for producing a mist. The cooking stages (1) and (2) have a total power approximately equal to half of that of the stages (3) and (4). The stages (1) and (2) are switched on simultaneously with the corresponding appliances (1') and (2') for producing a mist. The same applies for stages (3) and (4) with the corresponding appliances (3') and (4') for producing a mist. The cooking time T1 corresponds to the cooking time of stages (1) and (2), and the time T2 to the cooking time of stages (3) and (4). These times T1 and T2 also correspond to the time for which the corresponding appliances for producing a mist are switched on, and are furthermore identical. Likewise, the switching times t1 and t2 are identical. The operational cycle of the oven is thus split into two periods T1 and T2 following one another and delimited by the stop due to the switching time t1, the switching time t2 delimiting the passage between the end of one cycle and the beginning of the next cycle. In this example, the power absorbed by stages (1) and (2) and by the appliances (1') and (2') for producing a mist is less than that absorbed by the stages (3) and (4) and the appliances (3') and (4') for producing a mist. Thus, the connecting power may be reduced to the power absorbed by the oven during the second period of the cycle. <IMAGE>
