<p>The sheet (25) gathering machine has a number of trays (10) for the sheets, an end-less belt (1) above the trays, mechanisms (11) to move individual sheets from the trays towards the belt, and rollers (5) operating in conjunction with the belt so that the sheets are carried along by the belt. The rollers are jointly adjustable (6, 7) in height between a position at a distance from the belt and a position in which they are in contact therewith. Behind each roller (5) there may be a belt support roller (3) carried in the frame. Between the rollers (5, 3) there may be a pressure roller (5) above the belt.</p> |
