PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a user's terminal equipment by stopping processing having a specific date in the system, applying serial data to order information and processing the information so as to issue plural orders to the same patient. SOLUTION: At the time of a visiting medical examination in a hospital, a doctor issues an examination order to have a patient receive an examination. Although an examination executing date must be specified in a conventional method, the doctor inputs the number of times of execution in this method. Information 22 inputted by the doctor is written in an order storing file 21. Priority '1', an order date, a serial number, and frequency are added and written as record items to be written in addition to a patient number and an order item. The frequency is set up as a value calculated by subtracting '1' from a value inputted from a terminal equipment by the doctor. Thereby order storing file retrieving processing using a normal date as a retrieving key is made unnecessary. |
