PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently promote stable starting by incorporating a small rotor consisting of a small fan, a speed governor, and a clutch in a wind mill mechanism part, and transmitting the driving torque obtained by the small rotor to a main shaft of the wind mill mechanism part. SOLUTION: A small fan 1 which is sufficiently driven at a low wind speed is installed in a wind mill mechanism part, and a transmission 2 to adjust the driving torque obtained by the rotation of the small fan 1 is installed therebehind coaxially with the small fan 1. A clutch 3 is installed coaxially with the small fan 1, and the clutch 3 switches connection/disconnection for transmission of the driving torque adjusted by the transmission 2 to a hollow shaft 5. In transmitting the driving torque, the small rotor is connected to the hollow shaft 5 by the clutch 3, and then, the wind mill starts the power generation as a wind power generator, and when the rotation obtaining the driving torque capable of keeping the wind power generation is reached, the transmission of the rotation to the hollow shaft 5 is released by the clutch 3 so that the rotation is not prevented by the small fan 1. |
