PURPOSE:To obtain a ptisan beverage, good in flavor with body without causing turbidity or precipitates in a short time by extracting roasted barley by plural kinds of different methods for extraction and mixing the resultant extract solutions without using the unpulverized roasted barley. CONSTITUTION:Both extract solutions, preferably obtained by methods for (A) thermally decocting roasted barley at <=10 extraction ratio while stirring the roasted barley and 8.0-12.8% extraction yield and (B) adding hot water to the roasted barley and keeping the roasted barley at 12.3-20.0% extraction yield are mixed based on the extraction yields to provide 20-70% ratio of the soluble solids in the extract solution (A) in the soluble solids of the final prepared solution and afford the aimed ptisan. |
