Title compd. was composed with 100 parts of (1), 5-120 parts of (B), and 50-500 parts of (C). Herein, (A) is thermoplastic resin which is chosen from 2-hydroxy alkyl acrylate and 2-hydroxy alkyl methacylate (I; X = H or CH3, J = -CH2-CH2- or CH3-CH-CH2-); (b) is petroleum resin compn. which is prepd. from C6-9 olefin compd., C6-9 hydrogenated petroleum resin, cumaton resin, inden resin, or terepen resin; and (C) is vinyl monomer.
