PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To yield superior initial adhesiveness and adhesive durability and, moreover, lessen lowering of workability with the blend of a gloss conditioner. SOLUTION: The matt coat steel plate is formed such that an undercoat film layer made of polyester paint and a mat finish film layer made of polyester paint having as a hardener isocyanate with urea resin beads blended as a matting agent are laminated on a chemically processed metal plate. A steel plate, stainless steel plate, plating steel plate, aluminum plate, etc., are used as the metal plate. Employed in undercoating work is a paint in which methylated or butylated melamine resin is blended as a curing agent in hydroxyl group- containing giant molecular polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of 10 deg.C or higher. Also, used in finishing work is polyester paint in which minute particles of urea-formaldehyde condensed resin having an average particle size of 1-30μm at 0.1-30wt.%, or polyester paint in which 10% or more isocyanate is blended as a curing agent in hydroxyl group-containing high molecular polyester resin. |
