PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet cutting device and paper sheet processing device that can surely process paper sheets without any misoperation in case of a jam processing of a paper sheets and are reliable. SOLUTION: The cutting device has a cutting counter 46, which counts paper sheets on a conveyance path extending to a cutting blade 21 and an LED 35, which indicates whether or not the cutting counter 46 has counted a paper sheet. Consequently, if a paper sheet is jammed in the cutting device, it can easily be judged whether or not the paper sheet is already counted as a paper sheet to be cut to eliminate such misoperation that the paper sheet to be cut is resupplied or the paper sheet to be resupplied is cut in case of the jamming of the paper sheet, and the paper sheet can surely be processed to improve the reliability of the device. |
