<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a user to easily inspect the operation of a plant control program including multiple timer instructions for requesting a stand-by time distributed in a wide time range by converting the continuity times of respective timers into the one being suitable for a simulation through the use of an arithmetic function. SOLUTION: An function arithmetic device 31 stores the arithmetic function and converts the continuity time of the timer required by the timer instructions into the continuity time for the simulation by using the arithmetic function. The continuity times of the respective timers are made to be the times by which the operation procedure of a control program is easilyl recognized by the user by the conversion. The continuity time being equal to below ten-odd seconds, for example, is extended and the one exceeding ten-odd seconds is shortened. Thus, even when the continuity time requested by the timer instruction has extension such as 10 minuites and 10 hours, for example, the time by which the operation such as 20 seconds or 55 seconds, etc., is efficiently and easily recognized is measured by the timer.</p> |
