<p>The agricultural silo has a sidewall comprising a large number of flat panels, held against each other along their lengthwise edges. In each edge is a lengthwise groove housing a sealing joint held compressed by clamping devices securing the panels together. The clamping devices can be bolts fitting in boles in the panel edges and at right angles to the joint. Each panel can be of sheet metal, comprising a main wall and two end portions bent over to form the edges containing the grooves.</p> |
