The constant fluid flow regulator has a tube carrying the fluid contg. a slotted body with corresp. elastic ring held against it by fluid press. The sections between the slots have a cutout transverse to the flow direction. The ring has a tubular section. It is designed for improved tolerances, esp. over long periods of operation. The inter-slot sections (4) are sprung plantes (39) which can be forced against the ring (34) by a spreader (10). The plate ends (8) are placed downstream of the narrowest tubular section passage point.
