<p>The wind-driven machine rotates on a vertical axis and has blades hinging to given the best pitch angle from the aero-dynamic point of view. The blades are mounted concentrically (10, 11) on a main rotor (3), on which they can turn. A control rotor (4), pref. of the same size, is mounted eccentrically to the main axis and driven in synchronism by the main one. Each blade has a radial guide member (16, 17) by which it is so coupled to the control rotor as to assume a coarse pitch angle in the working direction and a fine one in the return direction.</p> |
