Electrically heated hair curling tongs - consist of rod with cavity between double walls, and conductors between walls

The hair curling tongs have an electric resistance heater directly in the wall of the tongs and connected to a low voltage source. The main case of the curler is doublewalled, with steam nozzles (24) in the outer wall. In the cavity (22) between the walls (20, 21) are electric conductors (23) bridging the gap. The power supply is connected to the inner and outer walls. The whole of the walls can be made completely of electrically conducting material, or just the inside of the outer wall (21) and the outside of the inner wall (20).
