<p>The lifting platform for motor vehicles has a column on which are held several support arms which can pivot about axes parallel to the column on unlocking individual locking devices. Each locking device contains a clamp piece which can be aligned from a locking-into an unlocking position. The clamp piece (27) is arranged in the support arm (20) near the pivot axis (22), where an arc shaped clamp rocker (24) for the clamp piece projects. An operating rod (28) which can turn or move in a direction to the axis of the support arm (20), extends between the free end of the support arm (20), where it has a free handle (35), and the region of the clamp piece (27) where it lines up the clamp piece (27) on operation by means of an inclined pressure face (30).</p> |
