1514534 Solid dyestuff and optical brightener preparations soluble in water CIBAGEIGY AG 3 July 1975 [4 July 1974] 28121/75 Headings D1B and D1P A solid water-soluble preparation comprises a dyestuff or optical brightener incapable of hydrogen bridge linkage in an adduct which is a hydrogen-bridge complex formed from a substance capable of hydrogen-bridge linkage and containing in the molecule an NH 2 , OH, NH, COOH, SO 3 H or SO 2 NH 2 group and an aprotic polar compound optionally further additives selected from diluents dispersing agents and hydroscopic agents being present. Acid, reactive, basic, 1:1 and 1:2 metal complex dyes, anionic and cationic optical brighteners are used in conjunction with urea, thiourea, and nicotinic acid amide as hydrogen bridging compound and aprotic polar compounds being hexamethylphosphoric acid triamide, dimorpholinocarbonyl, N-methyl pyrrolidone and dimethylacetamide. Dye liquors optical-brightening liquor and print pastes for textiles are obtained by dissolving the above preparations in water. |
