Dockside mobile loading and unloading system - has vertical spiral conveyor on ship and land based multiple section belt conveyor

The mobile system is for loading and unloading large transporters such as ships with simultaneous unloading and loading of mobile, land-based transport vehicles. A spiral conveyor (11) extending vertically into the loading area is supported on the deck (1a) of the ship. The spiral conveyor (11) is connected with a vehicle-mounted transport device on the deckside. This consists of a conveyor belt (36) at the ship a curved conveyor (13), a belt conveyor (12) across the deck area and a further curved conveyor (19) at the vehicle (21). A further transport device is connected with the transfer conveyor (15) at the output of the curved conveyor, (14). This second transport device consists of a telescopical loading conveyor (16) which can pivot vertically and horizontally for the loading and unloading of the vehicle.
